L.E.A.D 2025

On Sunday 16th November around 300 adult leaders from across the county gathered at Lower Grange Farm for Learning Engagement and Action Day (L.E.A.D.). The day included stalls of programme ideas and resources, support for learning and a chance to chat over a cuppa with other leaders.

The Lower Grange Farm Activities Team ran the following selection of activities for people to have a go at:

  • Laser Clays

  • Firelighting

  • Archery

  • Radio controlled boats

  • Fencing

  • Backwoods cooking

  • Power risers

  • Climbing

 A range of workshops was offered with five sessions on growing Scouts delivered by the HQ Growth and Community Team. The Inclusion Team ran sessions on Promoting Positive Behaviour and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion. While SERV Kent Blood Runners ran a session about their service.
